We have a hole in the ground!







They were busy with the bulldozer this morning at 9:30 when we stopped by.  Not sure how early they started, so this could have been a continuance of yesterday or just a couple hours work today.  I made myself NOT stop by on the way home, on the grounds that we'll be able to come back tomorrow during preschool and be more likely to see something.  :)  I'm pretty sure the hole that I focused on is where the porch will be, and the raised section is the front of the garage.  The bulldozer is working on our basement.  There was a guy bringing boards over and putting them on the ground in front of the "porch" so that makes me hopeful that they at least intend to do some of the footer/foundation/basement work today.  We'll see what tomorrow brings!
